           The spirit of God is very real to those who find it. It's very hard to explain or recount experiences with the spirit. When we see God move, as in last Sunday, and watch God act in our life, it should be beyond hard to return from what you were before. You leave enough doors open to the enemy for him not to work hard. The reason being is we are so entangled in the world, whether or not we realize it. Feelings are deceitful, the word of God is not.          In the book of Joshua there's a pretty famous verse in the 1st channel. Let's read verse 9.          9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.          God will bless you wherever you go and will be with you in most places.            Good morning. The scriptures we will be reading from are going to be mostly from the book of Jeremiah chapter 6. To set up the book of Jeremiah, we need to see what had happened before the writing. After King Josiah had died, Judea had fallen into rampant idolatry. Jeremiah was calling out judgement on Judea for this. Babylon had already conquered Israel as well as Jerusalem. The Babylonians had taken away the youngest and brightest of the Israelites. Jeremiah was the weeping prophet in a broken and desolate country. This book is not what you would call a comfort read. We will be reading from verse 16 of chapter 6.          16 Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.            This morning, we are going to be reading in a few places from the Bible. We are going to start with the book of 1 John chapter 3. We will be reading starting in verse 1.          Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.          There are lines drafted for both of the flesh and the spirit. It's our responsibility to discover where those lines are and where they overlap. There's a difference between love the father bestowed and what the world says is love. If we love one another and bestow that love to each other, that's following Jesus' commandments. The only way you become a son of God is if you have the same spirit Jesus has in your life.
