          Our first scripture is going to come from the book of John chapter 8. We will read from verses 31 to 36.         31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;          32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.          33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?          34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.          35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.          36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.         Let's look at the 31st verse again shall we?           A goal in spiritual growth is not to remain an infant in faith, but to mature into an adult displaying the fruits of the spirit to others. Our scripture begins in James chapter 1, verses 2 through 5.           The message this morning is not going to be the typical Easter morning message regarding the tomb being empty and the stone being rolled away. There are things in scripture laid out which man does not nor has not seen the connections pertaining to the larger picture. The separate parts fit together as a whole but very few men today have the clarity to recognize this fact. No man today has the ability to recognize their steps today because he  never employ hindsight regarding the past or any foresight moving ahead.           Our scripture reading will come from the book of 1 Corinthians chapter 10 verse 13.         13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.         If there is a theme to this message it is the way to escape. The idea that is behind coming to God is freedom. You are going to have a master that you will serve in your life; either God, your flesh, or the world. the Bible has given us examples of perfection to follow and not to just merely rely on our moral compass.          The verse read is not a condemning one but actually one of hope.          If you are really serious regarding your walk, seeking the truth in the word, looking for God's face, there is a frustrating thing you often discover. It is true spiritual growth occurs over time. You cannot really make true gains in your growth while you are young in your walk. Age does not always equal wisdom. There may be someone quite older than you today who is still in the same position they were in 30, 40 years ago. There is a depth to God which very few can comprehend. In the Bible, there are things which have been predicted yet to happen that man is not really ready for. One takeaway from the message today you should take to heart is assume responsibility for yourself. The title of this message is a question. How high is the demand for the righteous man?
